At Lanesboro Community College we have established an Ethos Committee who meet on a regular basis to support the work of ethos in our school. A school’s ethos reflects what it prioritises and the kind of environment it seeks to create for its students and community. Put simply, ethos promotes and supports the core values of Respect, Care, Community, Equality and Excellence in Education. These important values are at the heart of all we do here in LCC. Our committee strive at all times to keep our core values to the forefront of all our daily activities and events. We strive to create and maintain a strong work ethic and an ethos of co-operation and mutual respect in a caring and inclusive environment.
